I am a somatic psychotherapist and healer. I have walked alongside clients of all ages for 26 years. I integrate Somatic Experiencing (SE) with Bodywork and Somatic Education (BASE), Dynamic Attachment Re-patterning Experience (DARe), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Interpersonal Neurobiology, parts work, sandtray therapy, therapeutic art interventions and sound healing. I specialize in processing early, attachment and developmental trauma, traumatic grief and loss, complex PTSD, interpersonal and sexual violence, trauma from medical procedures and motor vehicle accidents.
My intention is to offer clients a collaborative, calm space for exploring their deepest questions and vulnerabilities. I work to bring compassion, creativity, and presence to my time with you. I often invite clients to be curious, rather than critical, of their struggles and to seek answers through play, metaphor, and the subtle cues from their nervous systems.
